Terms and Conditions for Window Tinting Services

  1. Warranty Coverage

Quail Auto Tint LLC offers a lifetime warranty on all window tint installations for the duration of ownership of the vehicle. This warranty covers the following issues:

- Bubbling

- Fading

- Peeling

- Delamination

  2. Warranty Limitations

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage resulting from:

- Improper care or maintenance

- Accidental damage or vandalism

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs

- Extreme weather conditions

  3. Maintenance Guidelines

To maintain the integrity of the tint and ensure warranty coverage, customers must adhere to the following care instructions:

- Avoid rolling down windows for at least 3-5 days after installation.

- Clean windows with a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaners.

- Avoid using ammonia-based products.

  4. Claim Process 

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Quail Auto Tint LLC within 60 days of noticing a defect. Proof of installation and ownership is required. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle and determine if the warranty applies.

  5. Limitation of Liability  

Quail Auto Tint LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of window tint. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the tinted film.

  6. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the installation of window tint, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

  7. Modifications   

Quail Auto Tint LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
